Casey Gonzalez

Casey Gonzalez, an Arizona native, has had a passion for movement since very early childhood. After receiving her certificate in dance from The Ailey School in NYC, she broadened her knowledge of the body, achieving a bachelor of science in healthy lifestyles and coaching from Arizona State University while completing over 800-hours in classical Pilates, Gyrotonic®, and Gyrokiesis® teacher certifications. Since moving to LA in 2014, Casey has enjoyed bridging the gap between the commercial and concert dance worlds, getting to work on projects for Smirnoff ICE and Mastercard. Casey also danced for choreographers such as Teddy Forance, Travis Wall, Mandy Moore, Andrew Winghart, Matt Cady, and Sophia Stoller. After meeting Sophia Stoller in a workshop in 2017, Casey was invited to join Iris Co., a company based in Los Angeles, and had the opportunity to present her own choreography this past October in a collaboration show, “Breathe & Body”, with Los Angeles Contemporary Choir. Over the past two years, Casey has completed international tours with Adrienne Canterna’s Sweetbird Productions performing in her “Rock the Ballet X”, “Rock the Ballet France”, and “Romeo and Juliet” shows. Outside of movement, Casey is the mother of four-year-old sibling cats, Fred and Ginger.

Laura Olson

After years of competitive sports and taking countless group fitness classes while in college, Laura became a certified yoga sculpt and barre instructor. She has been teaching various styles for over four years and loves to make each class as fun yet challenging as possible.

‪Besides fitness, Laura works in finance and enjoys walking her dog, spending time at the lake, and traveling in her spare time. She believes that being active and eating tacos/drinking margaritas is the key to living a happy life.

Megan Dillon

Megan is a professional dancer and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She began dancing professionally at 18, dancing for Charlotte Ballet, Ballet Met Columbus, and Colorado Ballet. Megan quickly realized how vital cross-training was for a dancer’s body and mental health. While in between performance jobs, she started a career in fitness in 2019, working at Physique 57 in New York City and fell in love with group fitness. After dancing in CATS on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas, Megan became a Certified Personal Trainer and is now an Orange Theory coach in New Jersey. Megan believes in a healthy relationship with fitness and loves to make her classes rewarding for the soul while challenging the body. Megan is super excited to join the ReddyFit team!
