Every class welcomes 18+ and any level. We will always give modifications on ways to make exercises safe, efficient, and work for your body.

All you need is a mat, chair (barre), 2-3 lb weights and a circle band.

This class is dedicated to these hard to reach areas because when you pinpoint a specific part of your body, it is the most effective way to work it, promising results. We combine Pilates and Barre exercises to get you feeling the burn and connect with those specific areas of your body!

We combine Pilates and Barre exercises to get you feeling the burn and connect with those specific areas of your body!

VIRTUAL ABS + ARMS

Virtual Abs + Arms is a 45-minute class that focuses on burning out your upper body and core. We use lightweights and do multiple reps to burn out each muscle in your arm. Expect to use your lightweights for most of the class to get your arms and core working!

Virtual Abs + Thighs is a 45-minute class that burns out your core, inner, outer, and tops of your thighs! Combining Barre and Pilates exercises to burn out your thighs is the best way to create long and lean muscle definition. Be sure to have your circle band handy to add extra resistance!

VIRTUAL CARDIO SCULPT

Virtual Cardio Sculpt is a 45-minute high-energy class that strengthens, tones, and gets your heart rate up! We do a series of 5-6 cardio-based exercises for 30 seconds each, take 10-second breaks in-between and repeat three times throughout the 45 minutes. This class always gives you high and low impact modifications to ensure that anyone at any level can take this class and feel challenged in a safe way. We always incorporate Barre, Pilates, and stretching within a Cardio Sculpt class to ensure that you leave the class feeling thoroughly worked and Reddy to take on the rest of your day!
